Hello ma'am and welcome.

If your doctor refuses to do a D&C, then all you need to do is to go on with life. The products of conception will inevitably pass with your periods over time, as long as they are not causing you any serious discomfort there is nothing you need to really worry about ma'am. If required, you can request your doctor for another course of misoprostol.

Best wishes.
