Suggest Treatment For Fever While Treating Vaginal Cuff Cellulitis

My friend had a hysterectomy and 2 days after surgery was told he had vaginal cuff cellulitis as was hospitalized for 3 days. The next day out her fever came back and she ended up have to go to the er. They gave Her more antibiotics and she s has been out for about 10 hours and fever of 102.4 . What should she do. She doesn t want to go back bc she feels like there is no point

For high grade fever she can take tab Dolo 650 every 8-12 hourly after meals with tab gelusil-plus or tab rantac empty stomach every 12 hourly. Advice cold sponging repeatedly to reduce the temperature of her body. Continue antibiotics as suggested by an expert or your family doctor.
