Suggest Treatment For Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Frequent Urination And H-pylori Infection

My wife has been diagnosed with h pylori over 3 years ago. She was very sick last week. Fever, vomiting, stomach pain, frequent urinating. Her PCP told her she had the flu and prescribed steroids and anti nausea medicine and gave her h p test. We are waiting for referal to gastroligist but I m afraid for her. Its been a week and she still running fever and her throat feels like its closing.

Hi,

These are typical signs of acute gastritis cause by H pylori bacteria with causes acidity in the stomach. Frequent urination is not directly related but confirm your blood sugar level. Since this is common is diabetics. Gastroenterologist is the right direction to do endoscopy and rule out gastritis or gastric ulcer.
