Suggest Treatment For Fever And Green Stools In A Child

My 1 year old son has a fever and is pooping green stool. fever has not got over 38.2 celsius because I have given tylenol. should I wait the weekend out or take him in? He is teething but his spirits are good and is alright, drinking more milk than eating but he nibbles here and there.
