hello I am having high levels of sgpt and sgot i also have have a fatty liver please can you give me some remedies to lower levels of sgpt and sgot can you also give me a diet chart for reducing my fatty liver?and plese explain what is sgpt and its effects? regards

only effective treatment is weight loss. few drugs with good results are in trial but yet to come.
so for now only effective treatment is weight loss.
i would suggest basic workup if fatty liver diagnosis has not been confirmed.
