hello doctors, since many years i was masturbating but i have stopped it but now i m feeilng very weak and tired, fatique and also having some urinary problems, pain in joints, blurred vision, headache, eyes pain, wetness, semen with n without urine etc

Hello,

It may be due to viral fever. For that you may require complete hemogram, dengue NS1 after physician consultation. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
