Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hoarseness of voice may be due to recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy or infection or vocal polyp or thyromegaly etcetera. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your ENT specialist as he will do direct, indirect laryngoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
