Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Hoarseness of voice could be because of laryngitis.

Please contact your doctor for a physical examination. Further investigations may be required to arrive at a diagnosis and further action.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
