Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Nausea
For the past 2-3 weeks I ve been completely exhausted, no matter how much I sleep, I m not rested(not oversleeping, I have 3 kids). Now, for over a week I ve been nauseous off and on (not pregnant, checked twice) I ll feel completely fine for a few hours and then all of a sudden I m bed ridden.

It depends on what is your age.
If you have already crossed 45 yrs it implies that youbare encroaching menopause and this is causing you to have such complaints.
If you are younger than 45 than you need to undergo certain blood test like thyroid test, LH, FSH.
Eat more of salads , green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of oral fluids.
Also take vitamin C and Neurobion injections total 5 injections on alternate days.
