Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Emotional Stress

I am experiencing fairly severe fatigue when mildly exercising outdoors in a warm environment. Drinking more water does not seem to help. I only recover by resting in a cool environment. I have been experiencing stress relating to emotional problems.
