Suggest Treatment For Eye Pain Despite Taking Eye Therapy

My grandson is eight years old and has been having pain in his right eye and it looks visibly different from the other eye. We have taken him to the eye doctor and was told he had dead tissue in his eye. We were then referred to another eye doctor. He has been doing eye therapy for 30 visits with no improvement. What could have caused this? Should we seek some medical advice? I am worried.

cause of pain is to be diagnosed for which consult eye doctor and then only treatment can be recomanded.previous treatment is nonspecific without diagnosis. it can be any disease or injury from eyelid to retina. so all the layers are tobe tested. now it will respond and there will be improvement.
