Suggest Treatment For Eye Pain After Sleeping

Hi,i sleep on my front and my eyes really hurt when I wake up /sometimes for hours after! I was once looking at my sore eye which had what i can only describe as a lump in the eyelid (inside) this dissapeared shortly after but im not sure what could happen to my eyes as a result of sleeping kind of face down in a pillow every night?

as per your history it appears to be calazion. it is a obstructed mebomian gland. it is nothing to do with sleeping face down although sleeping face down is not ideal. calazion treatment is incision and scooping the content. but you should get the diagnosis confirmed by eye doctor before surgery.
