Suggest Treatment For Extreme Dryness In The Eyes

I have extreme dry eyes - what is the difference between Systane Balanced and Systane Ultra? At time I use Refresh aadvanced Optive - is this ok to do, when I cannot purchase systane ultra preservative free? My prescription meds are Timolol twice a day and Lumigan once at night. Thank you.

first the cause of dry eye is to be diagnosed. is it deficiancy of tearsecreation or pjogrens syndrome it can be any other related activity like contact lens or computer vision syndrome. you have mentioned timolol eye drop which is to treat glaucoma. so give correct and complete history.
