Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from a condition known as Gastroesophageal reflux disease also commonly known as Acid reflux..
In this condition due to weakening of a band of muscles at the lower end of foodpipe or esophagus there is not complete closing of the foodpipe and acid reflux back in throat and mouth..

I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and he can also advise you an upper G.I Endoscopy for confirmation..
In case if acid reflux is confirmed as the diagnosis which is most probably looking as the cause he can advise you to take Proton Pump Inhibitors like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole, H2 blockers like Ranitidine, antacids like Milk of Magnesia and also advise you to take short frequent meals, drink plenty of water, take more of probiotic like Yoghurt in diet, avoid spicy and large meals, do short walk after meals, do moderate workout daily..
Loose weight if you are obese, sleep with head slightly raised as compared to feet and also recline in left lateral position..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
