Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hello, I am 23 and I was circumcised on 10/15/2010 and I have been having sexual urges every since and really bad erections. I tried other things to do for pleasure but it wasnt working. The penis is slightly healed but not completely. It is still a little swollen but the head is healed...some of the sutures have not fallen out but there is no blood or nothing. Sadly, me and my partner tried foreplay last night and I slightly put the head of my penis in and we did this for about 30 mins and i felt sensation but did not ejaculate and probably because i am still a little swollen. I now feel a little pain but nothing severe...the same pain i was feeling right after i had it done and it started healing. I know this was a BAD idea but what are the consequences or risks of doing that?
