Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Spleen

Hi I have a history of Sarcoidosis, and was told when I was in a crisis 18 years a go that my spleen was enlarged, after treatment with prednisone I went in remission , and have not had any furtersymptoms of this disease, I started having pain in my left side radiating to my back into the spine 4 days ago, I had abdominal sono done, which shows the spleen is enlarged, and also gallstones which are not blocking the duct, sac is not inflamed and no pain on the right side, what can be done for the spleen enlargement.

Treatment of gall stones and management of blockage will help to resolve the splenomegaly. I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for management of gall and bile duct stones.
