Hello, Sonia. There are many causes of hypersplenism so I really could not understand wich one was of your brother. I can't suppose if it's the liver the cause of your brother's spleen enlarged. Anywhere I'm not a specialist in homeopathic treatment and for the most I dno't believe in it.
