Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Liver And High SGPT Level Of A 1 Year Old

Hai,I m writing this for my nephew,he is one and half yr old,recently he had a viral fever and he was given amoxycillin,but after 2 days of intake he had sever diarrhoea again he was taken to the hospital where they found that his liver is enlarged about 2.4 cms,and his SGPT level is tremendously high. my family is lot concerned about him.Kindly give us a solution

YOUR CHILD SHOULD UNDER GO FOR THE COMPLETE LIVER FUNCTION TEST AND SHOULD BE TESTED FOR DIFFERENT HEPATITIS VIRUS (A,B,C,E), TORCH AND FOR BACTERIAL INFECTION

AS YOUR CHILD HAS VERY HIGH SGPT WHICH REQUIRES HOSPITAL ADMISSION BECAUSE AT ANY TIME IT MAY GO FOR FULMINANT FAILURE
