Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Left Ovary With Cysts And Free Fluid In Cul De Sac

I have a enlarged left ovary with two cysts. One is a functional cyst at 6cm and the other is a solid cust which they think is a dermoid at 4cm. I also have free fluid in the cul de sac? I have had this cyst since the beginning of my pregnancy in September 2014 and so far it has not been removed or treated. I have a strong family history of ovarian cancer. I also have lots of back and pelvis pain.

Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.....
Keeping in view your scenario and positive family history of ovarian cancer in my opinion you should consult gynaecologist... So that proper managment can be provided to you in time. You need to get an ultrasound of it repetitively to look for any change in its size...
Hope your query is adequately answered
Regards
Dr saad sultan
