Suggest Treatment For PCOD
Dear Doctor, I am a married, 29 yr female ( ht 5 ft 6 in, wt 62 kg), I have symptoms of PCOD (ovary cysts? Irregular menstruation) since some time and had been in the past advised to take contraceptive tablet as a treatment. But I have had to discontinue that as I suffered from migraine headaches as a side effect of the tablets. My thyroid levels are normal. What should the next course of treatment be?

There is need to be reviewed by gynaecologist. Contraceptive pills are treatment. Your other issues can be dealt accordingly by the physician.
