Suggest Treatment For Endometriotic Cyst On Right Ovary

Dear Doctor, I have been suffering from PCOD / Unterine Fibroids and Endometriosis for over 15 years . Iam now 42 years old. I have undergone several surgeries for the removal of adhesions, fibroids etc. the last laproscopic surgery was done in 2011. After which last year I have now been diagonised with an endometriotic cyst on my right ovary and am being monitiored for the CA125 tests and my gynaec advises me to do a complete hysterectomy in order to avoid any complications at a later and was on Vissane for 3 months but am off it now as cannot tolerate the side-effects. I have a daughter who is 8 years old now. Delivered thru C-Section. And do not want to plan a second child. Family history as below : Dad was diabetic and was on dialysis for about 5 years during which time was first diagonised with colon cancer , operated to take off the colon , after 2 years was diagonised with stomach cancer - 33/4th of stomach taken off and within a year of this surgery he passed away . I had gestational diabetis during my pregnancy and was taking Metformin for the first 3 months. Would you be in a positon to advice me if I should go ahead with complete hysterectomy. Thanks & Regards Sushma
