Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis

Hi. Iv had a mirena since 2015 but off late I have been getting cramps 2 weeks after having my periods and I continuously get milky white discharge everyday. I get no itch, no foul smell or pains from the vagina, I just get painful cramps. I was treated from endometriosis in 2015 and keep going for check ups every 6 months. What could be the problem?

minutes each help a lot .
- Antibiotic with metronidazole on the pack help to recover .
- Avoid stress, anxiety .
- Have regular sound sleep of 8 hours .
- No smoking or alcohol consumption in any form .
