I ve been diagnosed with endometriosis, and it is a struggle to live with. I ve had issues with my cycle since it started (late @ age 14). The pain I experience with my cycle is so excruciating I miss work, I can t move, and I vomit from the pain shooting down my legs, up my back, along with headaches and other PMS symptoms. For a while, it wasn t on a schedule but in the past couple of years its been pretty good about being every 28-30 days. I know when its going to come, too, since my bowels get irritated, I get constipation and liquid stools (it switches back/forth) and my breasts become very sore, along with extreme fatigue and I get very mean. This month, for the first time in my life, I have no pain with my cycle (so far). It also came early (2 wks), and I ve had brown/dark discharge (dried blood from my understanding?) For days now. I don t know if I should be nervous. I had no other warning symptoms like I generally do. There s also no chunks of blood either, like my period normally has. Should I be worried? I mean, I have slight discomfort but its very tolerable, specially compared to my regular period.
