Suggest Treatment For Elevating Thyroid Levels

I m 30 year old, married for 4 year n have a 1 year old baby. I had thyroid before marriage, also had pcos. During pregnancy my thyroid was taken care but now i feel it has again shooted up coz i get tired very fast, putting on weight even though not having much. How do i get rid of this water retension problem and thyroid problem

I guess the elevated thyroid is TSH levels..

Increased TSH level means Hypothyroidism...That is the level of thyroid hormones are less
Decreased levels of Thyroid hormone can cause weight gain...
It has to be properly treated with Thyroxine
Otherwise it will affect your energy level...
You feel drained out all the time...
TSH has to be well controlled before planning for next pregnancy..
