Hi welcome to HCM...

Alcohol and its metabolite can lead liver damage ...esp damage hepatocytes. ...

You have no symptoms and your liver enzymes elevated more than two times ...
So you can have alcohol induced steatosis ...
Investigate with ...
-USG abdomen
-serum bilirubin
-Hbsag detection
-Anti HCV detection

Last three investigation done only if needed ...

Follow rehabilitation program ...

Regular exercise done with low fat diet
Green leafy veg and fruits more

Baked pestry , non veg , butter , cheese like trans fat containing diet taken less . .

Take care

Advise : Gastroenterologist consultation For examination
