Suggest Treatment For Elevated Liver Enzymes In A Child

my daughter is 2 years old. her Hepatitis reports are all normal but her SGOT is 116 and SGPT is 113 and Alkaline Phospate is 415..symtomatically she is fine. no fever, no jaundice, no nausea, no loss in appetite. kindly suggest what is wrong with her and the treatment.She has solitarty Kidney and her Ultrsound shoes lever as normal.

Thanks for asking. I gone through to your question. and understand your concern. as per given detail I understand that your daughter who is 2 year old had hepatitis. symtomatically she is fine , no fever, no jaundice, no nausea, appetite is good. her SGOT and SGPT are mildly raised.
No thing to worry , SGOT and SGPT may elevated for 4-6 weeks. and they will normalize own, no treatment is required.
