Suggest Treatment For Elevated Heart Rate And Pain In Shoulder And Arm
Hello, my husband has been waking up the last 3 nights around 4am feeling overheated, has a pounding heart, he said that he can hear it going boom..boom...boom and his shoulder and lower arm have an aching feeling. He has been getting up and taking 2 aspro clear. His temperature is normal and his pulse if fast. After about 30 mins the pounding stops and the arm ache goes away. Feeling very worried, what do you suggest?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of headache in middle of night could be due to anxiety and depression if he does not have any other medical history of hypertension, diabetes, cerebrovascular disease, some time this could be due to hyperacidity if he use to have smoking, alcohol, spicy food prior to bed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
