Suggest Treatment For Elevated SGPT Levels During Pregnancy

Hi, I am 30 yrs old woman.I have pregnant from last 3.5 months.I am suffering from itching problem everywhere in my body. Recently,I have gone thru SGPT test and as per result it is very high i.e 104. What can u say about it and what is the treatment?

U are suffering from obstetric cholestasis, a disorder in pregnancy in which liver enzymes get deranged and causes itching all over body, which is more in night as well as more over palms and soles. u need to take more of carbohydrates diet, i.e more of sugars also, less fatty. apply calamine lotion over body , take cetrizine for itching, also few more drugs , u should be in proper follow up with doctor.
