Suggest Treatment For Elevated CA-125 Levels

ca125 of 9000 (very high) - OV cancer ruled out. Shadow on ultrasound in bowel, pancreas, and liver area. Doing a CT scan of these areas. Could ca125 exhibit high levels in cancer in these other areas? Is there any other condition that could cause a high ca125 reading?
