Suggest Treatment For Eczema

My daughter is 3 almost 4 years old and has had severe eczema since she was about 6 months old. Recently she has been having bad flares and her lymph nodes in the supraclavicular region are swollen along with neck and groin lymph nodes. The doctor has told me this is due to the eczema flares, however, at what point should I be concerned and ask for more testing perhaps blood or a biopsy? The fact that the lymph nodes in the collar bone area are swollen worry me very bad.
