Suggest Treatment For Eczema With Itchy Black Pigments On Back & Hands

my brother has a severe itching problem with black pigments all over his back,hands and legs.some doc diagnosed it as eczema and other as scabies.he gets temporary relief from scabies medicine but wen discontinues itching starts back.i am very tensed for him.pls help

a patient of some what this type was treated by me.again here itching points to kapha prakop.this type of itching and skin blackness needs application of nimba taila.orally arogya vardhini,mahaogaraj gugglu[to cure vata anubandha---black pigments]snigda virechan with castor oil.
