Hello,

Ear pain may be a due to hard wax or middle ear infection. Face pain may be due to a trigeminal neuralgia or migraine headache. So get it done pure tone audiometry and tympanogram. Use tablet lecope-AD twice a day for five days. To reduce pain you may take tablet Naproxen for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
