my right nipple has been itching/burning for a week now and I have all these dry patches on upper arms that will not go away, no drainage or anything, however I have noticed that for the past few months that if I get a little scratch on my arms it is like a old people skin very thin and looks horrible ( like a blood bruise) it is all crazy

Hi,

You seem to suffer from xerosis means dry skin and nipple eczema. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply moisturiser cream like liquid paraffin on whole body after bath. Apply tacrolimus oint 0.03% on nipple eczema. If needed, take oral treatment like antihistaminics and steroid under observation of doctor. Avoid soap bath. Avoid contact with woollen clothes and blanket. Avoid worries and tension.

Hope this helps.
