OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
White patch on the vagina, spreading to the thighs and burning sensation is suggestive of either fungal infection or skin disease known as psoriasis.
I will suggest you to consult a dermatologist for proper examination, investigations and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
