General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

From the symptoms described, you may have experienced vertigo.

This causes the feeling as though the person or environment is moving.

It is most commonly related to the inner ear though there are also other causes.
The inner ear causes are BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo), menieres disease and vestibular neuronitis.

None of these are life threatening but they can be irritating because of the vertigo

IF it recurs, you can visit your doctor for examination to determine the cause and initiate treatment.

I hope this helps
