Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Starting Urination

I am a 55yo with several health issues including chf, kidney disease, and severe degenerative bone disease. I am having trouble getting my urine to start and when I do get it started it s not a good specimen. I was just reading an article about something like this I m not sure if it s right, urology atrophy. The article was saying things about it like I m having and I wanted to talk to my physician about it but I don t have the article anymore. My symptoms are slow stream urine, difficulty getting urine started, pain during urination and pain and discomfort afterwards. I have had a complete hysterectomy also but I have so much pain and discomfort it feels like my insides are going to just fall out of me. Please try to help me

you should get your urine R/E test done and then urine c/S AND blood cp and c/s to rule out infectio .. symptoms you are presenting with are mostly in urinary infection and the history you are giving thats most likely a case of infection. then u l be prescribed antiboitic acording to that
