Suggest Treatment For Diarrhoea, Body Aches And Sore Throat

My wife and son have that stomach bug that s going around with diarrhea and throwing up, body aches, sore throat and very tired and not much of an appetite and myself mostly body aches, sore throat and very tired what should we doing tom get better and what kind of food should we be eating? I am 52 my wife is 50 and my son is 8 years old.

I need more clarrification.do u have fever,pain abdomen,bloody diarrhoea. No of times of vomiting,type of vomiting,content. Have u eat outside food..
