Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea With Bleeding

Hi, I had diarrhea for 3 weeks and a dr gave me two antibiotics, while taking them I continued the diarrhea and my bowels turned black, after taking all of the antibiotics, I still have diarrhea, I don t have any pain, cramps or any other symptoms except for passing blood with the diarrhea, I have tried everything and can not stop the diarrhea or the bleeding, it has been going on for a month and a half, what should I do? I do not have insurance, I do not have medical, I do not have money, how long will I be able to live like this?

Hi.
Thank for your query.
Noted the history of diarrhea for 3 weeks, took 2 antibiotics, had black stools, now the diarrhea persists and there is bleeding too. You do not have insurance or money.
You may please attend the Govt run centers when you do not have Insurance or money.
Black stool indicate bleeding in the GI Tract and there is now blood in stool.
Since this is going on for 3 weeks you can land up in severe anemia and then may need blood transfusion or so.
I would advise you the following:
Tests of stool for 3 consecutive days.
Colonoscopy.
CT scan of the abdomen.
This can give you the proper diagnosis and treatment options to get a cure.
