Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
Sir, In some individuals, increase in heart rate and even palpitations occur after food. This is because of increased metabolism. Nothing to worry in such cases.
But if palpitations are higher such that it becomes difficult to breath, then it needs evaluation with local physician with ECG. The other reason in which this happens is low Hb%. Check that out.
For diabetes, along with recommended calories also follow small and frequent meals rather than high concentrated meals. Active life style with atleast 20-30minutes of walking daily would help you better.
Hope this guides you. Wishing you good health. Dr. Phanindra Dulipala, Diabetologist.
