Your microalbumin is taken from 24 hrs Urine collection or spot urine collection. What was your previous Fasting or PP and current HbA1C staus. This will make better satisfactory answer to you. Well in India and mostly countries follows guideline for diabetic management is ADA ( american Diabetic Association) Fasting and PP both are normal if you are taking any medicine for diabetes continue same . if not taking any medicine than it is in normal range. BP is 140/80 mmHg is also normal .If taking any medication for it continue same medication or you are not taking any medication it is also in normal. reduce your salt intake in dietry habbit Your microalbumin is slightly increased . What is your Serum Protien level. Albumin is normally found in the blood and filtered by the kidneys.When the kidneys are working properly, albumin is not present in the urine. But when the kidneys are damaged, small amounts of albumin leak into the urine. This is called albuminuria. Normal range for microalbumin is upto 80. and you is 94 which will vary day by day so dont worry about your microalbumin. Regular check by your diabetic specialist . do blood test like HbA1C , F & PP Sugar Test Serum Cholestrol , Kidney function test, on every 3 month. take diabetic diet as advice by your doctor/ dietician.
