Suggest Treatment For Depression

My friend is a ver y closed person, doesnt make friends easily, has been teased all her life and has attempted suicide a couple of times because she sees no point in living anymore. she also claims that no one loves her even her family members. i find it hard to believe that only a bad past has led her to this state she is always in. she is an adult but im wondering whether it could be autism or anything else. could anyone suggest how to go about helping her... please.
