Suggest Treatment For Depression, Dizziness And Dry Mouth

I have a friend who is on the lowest dose of Prozac and has been taking it for about 25 yrs for depression. He is 71 and has started having dizziness, confusion, insomnia, eyes/nose burning, dry mouth, stuffy nose to the point he stays on Sudafed without much relief. He has been seen by his family Pd and an ENT specialist without any conclusions. Could these symptoms be caused by Prozac? He takes one capsule daily.

First check drug levels in the blood to proceed for a final diagnosis .(Thanks)
