Suggest Treatment For Dry Mouth And Depression

i am very depressed.as my mouth is extremely dry at mid night when i am sleeeping .when i wake up mid night my mouth and tounge is so dry that it feels like i have not drank water from a month.it really bothers me.plese tell me why this happens to me.

Hello,

You may be a hot environment or Sjogren's syndrome or allergic conjunctivitis or oral cavity infection or anaemia or vitamin a deficiency may present like this.

Maintain humidifier in the room, drink plenty of water, avoid exposure to heat.

Eat papaya may increase salivary and tear production. Tear plus Etedrops or Orolub solutions. Chew a small piece of ice in case of dry mouth.

Check for autoimmune diseases. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
