Suggest Treatment For Depression And Bipolar Disorder
MY NAME IS BISWAJIT BHATTACHARYYA. I AM SUFFERING FROM BIPOLAR DISORDER. I AM ALSO DOING TREATMENT UNDER Dr.Uday Roychoudori in Kolkata. I am suffering from high Depression and sleepness disorder. The situation of my home is very bad. My will power and guts is very low. Some partially i beleive it is a spritual effect and ghost effect though nobody believe this. I can't even properly walk eat or sleep. Everytime i am suffering from excessive thinking of PAST ,PRESENT AND FUTURE OF MY ,MOMAND DAD AND IN COMBINATION I AM IN GUTTER. WHAT TO DO ?WHAT KIND OF THERAPY IS USEFUL TO ME? WHATIS YOUR ADVISE?
Mr. Biswajit Bhattacharya , you have not mentioned your age and qualification, the duration during which you havebeen suffering from these symptoms. For diagnosis of Bipolar disorder you should have facing episodes of mood going up i.e. aggression, impulsivity, and elated mood as well as depressive episodes as well . You have not mentioned about any addiction ( if any you have to leave it) you have to take your medicines properly, try to keep yourself engaged in work as that will divert and channelise your mind towards some creative projects instead ofv overthinking on past issues. your statement seems like your confidence is low. Look, situations of home are not going to change so we have to change ourselves , our views and our thinking. Excercise daily, that helps release of endorphins which make you feel better, pray daily, do meditations/ yoga , share your feelings with someone you trust, try to help others / try to be socially active, if possible have a telepsychothery sessions/ coulnselling. always think positive be positive.
