Unfortunately that information is not enough to conclude on a diagnosis. There are many different causes of brain degeneration, at your daughters age it should be a metabolic abnormality, but the precise type is often found only by genetic testing. Regrettably though independently from the type there is no remedy most of the times, I am sorry.
