Suggest Treatment For Dandruff, Oily Scalp And Hair Loss?
Hi Dr. Kakkar S.I am having dandruff problem (not flakes but just adhered to the scalp, will come out only if you scratch the scalp as white oily lumps) and on top of it, severe oily scalp, i.e. if i shampoo today, just after 24 hours my scalp and hair will be like as if i have oiled it nicely. I have lot of hair thinning and hair volume decrease as well. Is Finabald safe for me to take on a long term basis or should I treat the dandruff problem first and then start with hair regrowth medicines. Kindly reply.

Use a ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly and apply minoxidil 5 percent lotion on the scalp for hair thinning and hair fall.
Finbald is safe but should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
