Suggest Solution For Hair Loss And Dandruff.

I have got a hair loss from over a year or 2. but these days its getting worst.In past i had severe dandruff, itching sensation which is reduced a bit. still i got dandruff.Please suggest what treatment i must undergo to stop both the dandruff and the severe hair loss.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Seborrheic Dermatitis commonly known as Dandruff and the symptoms of itching sensation and dandruff are due to it..

Common causes for it can be fungal infection, genes, change in weather, poor hygiene conditions, poor immunity etc..

Hairfall in your case seems to be due to it as dandruff damages hair follicles and causes hairfall..
I would suggest you to consult a Trichologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and microscopic examination of the flakes can help in diagnosis and treated accordingly..
You can be advised to apply shampoo containing Ketoconazole, coal tar, salicylic acid, zinc, selenium, sulfides etc..
You can also be advised to massage the scalp with steroid lotion..
You can also be advied multivitamin and mineral supplements to improve hair growth..
You can also be advised 2% Minoxidil lotion for reducing hairfall and promoting hair growth..
You should also keep the scalp clean and avoid moisture accumulation to prevent infection..
