Hello there,
Your B.p may be due to the cysts in your kidney as the kidneys also have a role in regulating b.p. Since your cysts are not that large there are 2 options that you have-
1) An ultrasound guided needle drainage of cysts-this is performed by a uro-surgeon or a general surgeon who may also inject the cysts with a sclerosant to prevent recurrence of cysts.
2) A laparoscopy which is a surgical procedure performed to excise or remove your cysts.

Now i know that people have apprehension in doing anything surgical but it is the most effective treatment. With medicines the B.P can be controlled but the cysts cannot be drained.

Hope this helps,
Please get back to me with any further queries. i would be happy to address them
