Ultrasound Shows Echogenic Kidney, Multiple Cortical Cysts, Calcification Within Walls. Treatment?
can someone please explain the treatment of this right kidney; 11.4 slightly echogenic kidney. no hdn or calculus visualized. multiple cortical cysts seen. left kidney; 10.8cm slightly echogenic kidney. no hdn or calculus noted. multiple cortical cysts seen. few of the cysts on both kidneys show calcification within walls ubc minimally filled at the time of scan

Its seems like polycystic kidney....there is no specific treatment of it..
Just a sypmtomatic treatment
like control blood pressure
Recurrent urinary tract infection
Control anaemia
If the cyst is painfull ,infected cyst need to be drain
If it lead to end stage renal diseae then haemodialysis
