Suggest Treatment For Cyst In The Ovary

I have a cyst measuring 35mm in right ovary and a cyst measuring 24mm in the left ovary, what does this mean and is it dangerous? Do I need to have a surgical procedure? Also I have nabothian cysts and I have fluid present within the endocervical canal and mild free pelvic fluid, what does all that mean?

Hi, thanks for writing..
It can be just a clear cysts in both the ovaries. Take 3 cycles of OCP's and repeat scan after 3 months. Most case it might have disappeared. Nabothian follicle is quite common nad requires no treatment. Fluid within the endicervical canal will disappear with time. Free fluid can occur normally during ovulation. So nothing to worry. .Hope I have answered your query. Feel free to ask any doubts through http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-dalia-muraleedharan/68596. Good day
